Easy on the Gut
I have severe GERD (acid reflux) which cuts a lot of acidic (Vitamin C) foods out of my diet. This buffered form is the best solution to get enough C and not suffer the consequences. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take them with a meal, and so far, no negative issues. The quality is high, and the price is fair for what you get. I have already re-ordered to make sure I have a supply. Recommended!
