Warranty information
TIC Corporation, Original Equipment Manufacturer and supplier of the enclosed product do warrant, to the original purchaser only, that this product to be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a one-year period from the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or accidental damage. This Warranty is also void in the case of the use of solvents on our products and does not cover the incidental replacement of consumable items such as the light bulbs operating in certain models. If the product should become defective within the warranty period, TIC reserves the option to either; repair or replace the defective part free of charge. Any and all returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number together with a dated proof of purchase invoice or receipt of sale, customer name, address and phone number. An RMA number or technical support is available when reporting the defect to TIC Corporation at (626) 968 0211 or Email: support@ticcorp.com.
