I hope I don't have to buy another one anytime soon.

Never used one before but Helene had other ideas. Anyway, it works as advertised, ours only has about 6 hours runtime and it's been fine. The weakness in my mind are the instructions but other than that we're pleased so far.

Smooth and Quiet

I hesitated to buy a inverter generator due to added complexity, and dual fuel, never. I am shocked at how nice it is. So quiet, so fuel efficient, so easy to use. Didn't understand how to switch from gas to propane but it was AUTOMATIC, hook up the propane and rock and roll. I have the electric start but had to test pull start, again Champion nailed it, eeeeasy. Ran this baby for an hour testing performance on both fuel types then drained the gas, lubed the cylinder and stored away. This is to be used for power failure back up so will do a lot of sitting in storage.
