Desk griddle is the worst item I have ever purchased. I have had it now for approximately three weeks and have yet to be able to use it. First it came without a plug end on it. I went and bought one to put on it and when I go to plug it in it tripped the circuit. It is wired properly they so-called stainless steel surface has smudges and stains on it that cannot be cleaned off! This thing is a piece of junk. At last the users manual looks as if it was written by a six-year-old.
