ordered this blind, it took two and a half weeks to arrive and then when it got here it was broken and now I have to wait for them to come pick up the blinds before my refund even starts to process then it will be another five days and then we have to order something different and wait again. I will never buy anything from this place again and I would be leary if I were you. Terrible customer service, I should be able to send them pictures of the broken blinds and then they refund me or replace them but they are hoping that I won't want to deal with it and they can keep my money.
