The item was never received! The refund page is not properly formatted due to the reason for requesting a refund does not give the option of item not received. I did not receive the item, there is no recording on my Ring camera of the item being delivered and I did not receive a text showing the item being placed on m porch!! This is fraudulent business! I want money my returned and will file a complaint with the BBB of Illinois.. I triedd contacting the seller and was led to a page with from another country.
