Not blackout!!! Nothing but thin material, not really drapes. The dark grey leaves are totally white with the sun shining through them. Two of the back tabs were folded and sewn wrong and the sides never stretch out like the material when pressing. Not even worth taking down and returning. I like the pattern and might try washing them once just to see if worth keeping or donating or trashing. Blackout part not on these and not lined either.
