What a mess!

My tree looks like it's covered with cat hair! Loved the ribbon until I added it to my tree and the frayed edges kept catching on tree limbs unrivaling creating fine strings. I'm so disappointed with this expensive purchase I would return it but it has been cut and damaged while trying to decorate my tree. I dread trying to remove it.
