[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo does not make my hair hard, but rather leaves it soft and moisturized. Is a good product. They are truly sulfate and paba free unlike other products which say they are, but are actually not due to a little chemical name change in the ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my mother in-laws hair she is trying to grow out her natural gray hair and gray hairs are very tough so they need to be well treated with this shampoo I was able to blow dry and straighten her hair very easy thanks to Wella it is a great product thank you !
