The surge protector didjust as it was designed to do

I am on my third telephone system. The first 2 did not standup to the electral storms that hit them even when they were connected to other brand protectors. The Philips protector that I last purchased did it's. No new phone to replace this time. Thanks Philips

Don't Buy

Just paid a $200.00+ repair bill for my 40" LCD from an electrical surge. Product doesn't work and Philips won't stand by the product without a proof of purchase from 4 years ago for a $15 item. I guess you have to keep receipts for every little thing you buy or just buy something that WILL work the first time.

For decorative purposes only.

Can't fit ANY plugs into ANY of the slots. There seems to be a barrier inside which not only makes it childproof, but use-proof. I didn't keep the receipt, so can't return it - I never even considered that anybody would make or sell a power strip that you couldn't plug anything into. I will never buy any Philips products again, but if YOU do, be sure to keep your receipt until you have used it.
