This ladder may not be for you.
The ladder opens and closes easily. You have to be careful when closing not to get your fingers smashed. The problem with the ladder is 1) it is heavy making it difficult to move for a small person. 2) If you don't extend the ladder in a certain way, you can't reach the rungs, it can be up to 25 3/4 " making it impossible to climb for a short person. 3) It is easy to get dirt into telescoping mechanisms so your shoes have to be clean of debris.
