Add-A-CleatA versatile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail 7/8 and 1 diameter ( will accommodate larger sizes with longer clamp). Construction consists of a husky Stainless Steel bracket and clamp with a 4-1/2 nylon coated aluminum cleat. Use them for fenders and flag halyards. Installation is easily made with a screwdriver.
