I'm returning it, completely runny and different

I've been using EVO Gangsta Grip for about 10 years and I've seen it in a hard plastic rectangle bottles and soft squeezable containers. The consistency of the products has always been the same. Thick and slow to come out of the containers but this order is weird. You turn it upside down and it runs with no effort. No squeezing the container it just runs and has No Strength in its holding power. I'm on a vacation now and couldn't bring it to take a picture otherwise I'd add one.
