Really great taste and easy on the stomach!

This stuff taste pretty dang good, especially if you mix in some nesquick! I haven't been using it long, but 30g a scoop is a good amount of protein and it definitely sticks to you. So far it hasn't gave me to typical gas associated with protein sups, and ill probably continue to use it until such issues arrise! Will buy again!

The vanilla is my fav. However what really counts, is that it mixes in a shaker bottle without leaving everything on the side walls. The big deal is that 60 grams of protein comes with only 75 grams of product. Less fillers than most - and best protein available. excellent value and this is my 10th tub of it. My weight is steady and I seem to be gaining muscle and losing fat. hanging from a pull up bar is now over a minute, weights are easier, sleeping is better. Now lets get moving, wake up, 20 minutes have the protein, 20 minutes latter start a 30 minute walk. Now - your all set to go to work and sit for hours.

I used this about 20 years ago after I went through weight loss surgery %26 loved it. I just hit 60 and realized my muscles were unusually sore. I thought I needed to drink more water, and I did, but that didn't help. Then it dawned on me, I don't eat as much as a person should, so I'm not getting the protein I needed on a daily basis. It worked. The muscle pain is gone and I've found that having a protein drink every other day for breakfast is giving my muscles what they need! Still tastes great!
