Works for me.
This is part of my daily regimen for joint and muscle health. Knees and shoulder have stayed healthy (60-something tennis player). I have also noticed the benefit when taking a couple of capsules before or after strenuous work out or early season over exertion. I recommend for anyone who loves sports.

Boswellia helps
Usually I took Zyflamend, but discovered this cheaper alternative.I usually take the Now Brand double strength Boswellia extract, but thought I'd give this a try. To get the same amount of extracts, I have to take 3 Swanson caps, so their price is about $3 more for every 90 capsules. Hope the effectiveness is worth the extra cost. Will update.
