Id give zero stars if I could.
The item showed up packaged like new but when I opened it the laptop was very visibly dirty. The charger and ports were filled with gunk and there was a sticker over the original laptop under the case. It was definitely someone's old and used laptop and it seemed like nobody did a check before sending it out.
