Customer service in the Philippines

The product was not my problem it was customer service in the Phillipines. I bought the tires a day before Black Friday and the tires had not been delivered to store yet . The next day price goes down and cust service would not give me the credit difference which was $100. Even though the tires had not been installed yet . Bad customer service
