low cost but for a reason

This rug was supposed to be 4x6 but it is much shorter than that. my child begged for this rug, otherwise I would have returned it, just for the lie of size. it is very soft and hasn't knotted. you cant use a regular vacuum on it, just a suction type. the bottom is cheaply and thinnly padded, but it's ok i guess.
