I have multiple bulges in c spine and a slipped disc. Also degenerative disc. I purchased this along with a few other products out of a burst of desperation. I was in constant pain. Headaches. I put this on and wore it for 45 minutes while watching tv. When I took it off I was amazed. I felt at least 30% better. I wore it a couple hours a day and felt much more relief.
