Mix up only what u need! Cooking? use this same as bottled milk! Value? There is no waste of not using it "in time" I just use a quart mason jar, add water, add milk, shake...u can use or drink it right after u shake it! I keep this as a staple iny pantry for when I'm out of fresh milk. Mixed with bottled Spring Water (our faucet water is terrible), the taste is great. I can't really taste any difference from the Great Value fresh fat free milk I buy. I do remember when dry milk was a lot cheaper than fresh but everything is more expensive and I like the convenience.

I use it for making hot chocolate nutrition drinks %26 for cooking. Strong, creamy flavor. The 64 oz bag is the best value by far. It's a big bag - about a foot tall %26 about 8 inches wide. I use about 1/2 cup every 2 days %26 this bag lasts me about 2 - 3 months.
