Wow! I was so impressed from the beginning when I received the 4 shipping boxes. Everything was so neatly packed and labeled as to which parts were in which box. This helped in assembling with the easy to follow instructions. The first day was spent putting together all the parts, because most of the long pieces had to be assembled before they could be put together as a pergola. The next day, two neighbors helped me put together the support frame and then everything else was a one man job. I was amazed at the quality of the material and its finish. The precision by which the bolts screwed into the nuts was outstanding. I have never assembled anything with so much accuracy. There was never a time where something didn't fit together perfectly. Since it has been up, I installed a wet rated ceiling fan with light and plan to add additional smaller lights to create a warm atmosphere. We will spend many days and nights in our outdoor retreat. Couldn't be happier.

Loving our pergola
Absolutely love our pergola. Because we installed on stone pavers 2 inches thick, I cut square holes using a masonry blade in my circular saw, then poured concrete into a cube about 9” x 9” x 10” deep where I cut the stone away and dug out a hole. I poured concrete (the kind you mix in a wheelbarrow) and let it cure for a week, then used 3/8” masonry bolts to bolt down the structure after my son and I assembled it. It really looks elegant and we are 100% pleased.

Beautiful and sturdy
Love this Pergola. It looks very nice and is very sturdy. We put this together on two separate days. For a total of 11ish hours. The directions along with the Bilt site were easy to follow. The hardest part for us was attaching it to our concrete patio because it had to be spot on. We live in Oklahoma were it can be very windy so this was necessary for us. We used 1/2 inch concrete screws which require perfect alignment on all for screws on all four corners. We would recommend using 3/8 inch screws to allow a little leeway for screw alignment. Other than that it went very smooth and we have already had many compliments on the Pergola.
