It is a good fit and very comfortable, under the circumstances. It's helped to get my neck to relax a bit. Due to the pain I'm experiencing I do have to take it off intermittently. It's definitely helped when it comes to sleeping, although I can't leave it on all night either.

So, I need a 3.5 inch height neck brace; but I purchased a 3.0 inch brace! These come with Velcro and made adjustable! Washable cover goes over brace. Pending surgery and sleep with these neck braces and alternate with others bought online at Walmart! Not paid to write this review!
