I gave it 5 stars across the board because it is true. Delivery, packaging was excellent and secure, not wrapped in a cheap tyvek envelope. Installation is a "generic" question. The battery measurements were spot on but installing it in the motorcycle was a challenge. They really don't give you much room. But all in all this was a 10.
