The pump is very hard to get to work but after I finally got it working and used the shampoo it was great. I was really afraid it would smell like tea tree but to my surprise it has a very refreshing smell. Lathers easy and rinses easy. My scalp has itched for several years. I've tried every dandruff shampoo out there and none worked. This shampoo is amazing—no more itching.
