The poplar wood shells of the D2 kit produce punchy midrange and highs, with boosted low-end warmth that caters to any drumming style. The configuration of this kit features standard-sized shells often reserved for higher-end kits. The bass drum is 18x22", the snare drum is 6.5x14", the rack toms are 8x10" & 9x12" and the floor tom is 14x16". In addition, all shells come with a 45-degree bearing edge that allows the drums to resonate freely, producing maximum attack and sustain.
