This is a nice fast and easy breakfast...or lunch..ok..maybe even supper. Fix a couple pieces of toast, add a glass of V8 Splash Berry Blend and you're satisfied. Look, I know what you're thinking--"I just don't like frozen eggs reheated." I was the same way, but since it's Jimmy Dean I took a chance. Believe me, the eggs are fluffy and have a good taste. Just don't over cook it. ENJOY!! I know I do.

I thought I'd buy this breakfast bowl for my husband to try. He makes a big production of making his weekend breakfasts using every pan in the kitchen and I hate the greasy mess and clean up. To my delight, he likes this. Lucky for me this will be my new staple for the camper freezer. I'd rather spend camping time hiking, biking or swimming instead of cleaning up after a meal. Every meal that's good and made easy works for me! Now they just need to make freezers larger in campers!

Tastes great with just the right amount of each ingredient. If I have it as a mid-day or evening meal I sometimes add one egg, a little more chopped or shredded cheese, and spice it up with salsa. If you like breakfast burritos/tacos, this is great filling. One box makes two. Also great for a pita pocket filling. My son likes to make breakfast pizza with it and the ham n cheese Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls.
