My grandma... my family has been using this lard/ Manteca and other people that I know have been using this yard for many many years. It's a staple for us. ignore with that other reviewers said yeah it has a lard/grease/fat(it is what it is) smell, but this is the best ever in pies if you want to put them in your cookies or your biscochitos your tortillas your sopapillas.... maybe not your pie but in your pie crust that's the best stuff ever I just throw it in the fridge it stays nice and cold if I want to use it in something that I need it soft and I just bring it out on the counter for a little bit great stuff

TOP TIER COOKING
I saw this on a YouTube video rating which lard had the least pork smell. I have been trying to convince my family to switch off seed oils because they are toxic. BEST FRIED CHICKEN, fries etc, when you cook in fat one meal will satisfy you until tomorrow; lost 30 pounds!
