It's just plain nasty.

I didn't expect this to be as good and real pure vanilla, but the main ingredient in each is vanillin, so I expected it would be pretty good. Tried a little of it to flavor my home made yogurt. It's really nasty. To verify my taste buds are OK, I tried a little of the real thing, which was very good.
