The citrate is so perfect for my system. My previous citrate was too strong and upset my stomach a lot. I have now figured out the doses and times to take this and am very pleased with the results. The Glycinate is so gentle and relaxing. It stops the occasional leg cramp. My mind races at night and it really settles me down. I take 1 with my Sleep supplement and get a good night's sleep. I like it a lot. I have the Citrate on automatic ship and will order the Glycinate as needed
