What is the adjusted size of the cat door?
Level 1-2: 7.5"x3.15" & 7.5"x6.3", enough for kittens, dwarf rabbits, chinchillas and other pets to pass through; Level 3-4: 7.5"x9" & 7.5"x12", enough for adult cats and small dogs to pass through; Completely Closed: Prevent all your pets from passing.
Solid Structure
The newly upgraded design snap-on cat door can always stay in place and will not slide off.

The newly designed cat door can slide up and down to adjust the height and lock. The cat door can be easily adjusted.
What if I accidentally misoperation cut the zip ties before installation?
Don't panic. You can use zip ties to re-tighten the two posts near the door lock opening and install the baby gate.
Is it normal for there to be a gap between the door lock and frame before installation?
Yes. Gaps between door lock and frame are normal and will be resolved after installation.
How wide should the gap in a door lock be kept after installation?
After you have completed the installation, please check whether the gap in your door lock is within 2 mm. If not, please tighten the bolt adjustment.
There are no threads in the hole. Is this normal?
Yes. Our gates are designed with a pressure-mounted, which means there are no threads in the holes. This design is Innovative to ensure easy installation and flexibility in relocating the gate. Rest assured, this is normal and safe.
