Retail value is much lower than stated

The site claims the retail value of this ring is $11,700 with a savings of 81%. My appraisal report stated that the retail value of this ring is only $6,588. You should really change your site to reflect the true value of this ring. I was highly disappointed when I read the appraisal report value. Then again, the largest stone in the center has a yellow hue to it, which probably lowered the value drastically. Photo taken with SG20+ in Pro picture mode
