We love them!
I bought these for my daughter, a high-performance dancer, who, with all the stress from her training and competitions, sometimes has a lot of trouble falling asleep. One gummy 30 minutes before bed is enough, and she sleeps very soundly. Plus, the ingredients are natural. I try not to give it to her every day and give her breaks so she doesn't become dependent on it and can sleep on her own.
