This one is worth the slightly higher price.
I own a few Suncast products and have had a few of their hose reels over the years. They generally last me about 10 years in direct or partial sunlight. I always opt for the units with the Smart Trak system. It's worth it for quick and smooth winding up and rolling out of the hose. I also use “farm grade” rubber hoses. Cheap hoses don't last and they kink up easily. The only thing I miss on this model is the place to put my foot when reeling it back up. This is only with the hose fully extended because the unit becomes lighter after a couple of wind's it's heavy enough not to slip around on my deck. It probably wouldn't be an issue if it were in a plant bed versus the smooth deck. Not a big deal. I still give it 5 Stars overall. I'm actually about to buy an extra one for a different spigot.

Purchased 2 @ $108 a CB piece. WHen they were Delivered the handles did b not seem sturdy enough to handle 225 ft of hose. Returned to store through pick up. Both had com in same box so returned that way They credited my account for one even though I told the girl I had 2 and she could not pick up box. I said wait I have to find return for both. Don't worry we got it. If they don't just call Walmart and they will fix. I waited to be credited %26 called when improper credited. Man said it would be fixed in 48 hours. Not so . Therefore I disputed on Walmart charge card. Very discouraging. I refuse to buy any big item from Walmart without seeing it personally.
