This is my absolute favorite Acne Wash. Although it is very harsh on some skin types, and a little harsh on my own skin type, it is incredibly effective. I purchased this for my almost teenage son who was suffering badly with blackheads on his forehead. I was on the verge of taking him to a dermatologist but I decided to try something otc first. I chose this product based upon others’ reviews of how it well it cleared up blackheads. I would have never picked this on my own for blackheads since nothing in the product’s description mentions that. I am very happy to say what an amazing difference it has made on my son’s skin and WITHOUT OVERYDRYING his T-Zone skin like other acne facial cleansers. Thank you neutrogena for an an amazingly effective yet gentle product!
