Wonderful Salsa
My favorite restaurant started putting a bottle of Bufalo Salsa Classico on each table. I was curious and put a little on my ceviche. Wow!! The depth and complexity of flavor is amazing and the salsa packs just the right amount of punch. Thankfully the grocery store in town carries it so I can have this wonderful salsa at home too. Perfecto!
By far, our favorite hot sauce.
LOVE the smoky nature of chipotle. This hot sauce is the perfect balance of heat -- enough to amp up the food, but not too much as to overpower the dishes. We literally buy it by the 24-bottle case. We give bottles away as gifts. The only problem is that it's getting harder to find. Some of the places that used to carry it, no longer do.
Family Favorite - we buy it by the case now
I was looking for a Chipotle sauce and decided to try this because of the price. Of all of the hot sauces I bought that day, this is the only one that I bought again! My family isn't too big on really hot sauces, so this fits our need perfectly. My boys love it and the original bottle disappeared almost instantly. After that, I decided to order it by the case. This was a good decision ;) I rate this about 3.5/10 on the heat scale, and 8.5/10 on the flavor scale. Both of those are exactly what I was looking for.
