I am on a keto diet and these tortillas are the perfect fit for it! Can you imagine 8” tortillas with only 2 g of carbohydrates? Will look no further. And these are wheat bread, not corn, so for those of you who want to mix it up a bit (and don't mind the gluten). These tortillas make all the difference. I put them in the fridge and they maintain their quality for a long time I can hold onto them in the fridge and no need to freeze. I have to buy them in batches up to to get through to the next subscription order. Otherwise I think they're great!
