I ordered a 12' x 20' as you know. What came in was a 10' x 20' The package sat for about a month due to lots of snow. When I finally opened it the directions said 10 x 20. I paid over a hundred dollars for shipping and they know I'm not spending anymore to send it back after a month of sitting.
