Quality vitamin A

I take this once or twice a week to maintain optimal vitamin a levels. The ingredients are good quality and the size of the capsules is small and easily swallowed. I'm Hoping it will help my eyesight and give my immunity a boost. I'm careful not to take too much as it's important to be be cautious with vitamin A.

Best form

These gel capsules are quite small perfect size, easy to digest and excellent ingredients, with retinol from cod liver oil which is higher quality then other brands with mixed fish livers. I take it every two days and pause in the weekend. It's not easy to eat a sufficient amount of real vitamin A food and if your thyroid doesn't work well there is little to no conversion of betacarotene.

Love Carlsons.

I ordered this for my aging eyes at 56. Seems to help my vision but it's only to be taken three times a week so be aware.
