Looks good, but low security and zero customer svc

Pros and cons .. Pros: looks nice in the fence and provides some level of privacy (depends on the spacing of your chain link material -- wider spacing = less privacy). Easy to install but takes time. About 1 min per inch was our average). Cons: easy for anyone to remove. "Viper Lock channel" at the bottom is a WAY overblown name for it. It barely grabs the slats. Its purpose is aligning the slats, not preventing them from removal. Another con: zero customer service. Go to their website. zero contact info. Nothing on the instructions either, only the URL for their website. How on Earth you might hope to collect on their 30 year warranty, is a mystery.
