The shipping was prompt, but the controller only worked a few weeks. One night I smelled hot wiring. It seemed to be coming from the controller, and the light on it was not working. So I unplugged it and threw it in the trash. I won't bother getting a replacement. I don't want to risk having defective electrical equipment on while I'm sleeping. I bought a new electric blanket.
