This book explains so much for those with Hypothyroidism. I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's and am willing to do anything to feel well. In this book it explains how it effects your whole body. It's nice to have a reference to turn to rather than researching it all online. It's all right here, and it is an easy read. It has nutritional advice among patient stories. It's as if the Doctor who wrote the book completely had an understanding of how we feel. It is a great look as to how to reset your body and not just replace the hormone. I think those who suffer from hypothyroidism understand how much of a battle life can be. It's a great read considering the peace of mind it gives you by rendering you the understanding of what is exactly happening to your body. A MUST BUY!!!
