These beans taste great right out of the can but are soft, so they are not good for salads. Best for black bean soup or refried beans. Most beans are broken open, not enterro.

Image is not correct, can doesn't have a pull tab

I bought 3 packs of 4 cans of these beans because they were organic and, most importantly, because they had an easy to open lid according to the images. None of the cans came with the easy to open lid and require a can opener that leaves metal in the food. I would't have bought them if I knew the images were not correct. Disappointed.
