good value for what i paid. but i dont understand the dials - we thought it was a temperature selection but it's supposed to be controls for flow - however it doesn't seem to work - it either a little flow or a regular flow. the drip tray also doesnt stay on very well. but we like it so far. i like the switch off for which temperature we want because i have kids

Water flow is very slow and the cold water doesn't get as cold as other machines I have had in the past. The appearance is nice and small. The other issue is you can't see the water so you have to constantly check the water. If it runs out and the machine is on the water will taste burnt or metallic.
