Great
They are very tiny tablets and they melt so quickly under the tongue so it is very easy to take without water. It works very fast like about 30mins after taking them. There is no side effect so far but still I am trying not to take them too much or too often. I take them only when I really cannot fall asleep and whenever I take them it makes me fall asleep in no time.
