In my opinion, Total is the most healthy of all cereals and I have been eating it for years. It's been hard to find in my stores in this small town, so I've taken to ordering it online. Sam's had the best price to buy the cereal, compared to the regular, grocery stores, as it's getting very expensive in other places. I've eaten total cereal most days for breakfast, my entire life. It's the healthiest cereal on the market to get all of your vitamins, and it leaves you filling full all morning, compared to other cereals, like Cheerios or special K. This has been important for me and watching my weight and eating less.
