The vibrating massage motors get a bit loud. With the bed legs on our hardwood floors, the vibrations get transmitted throughout the room. The mattress is comfortable. We make a bit of a dent in the mattress, which takes a moment to restore back to flat, so it can be challenging to move very far in the bed, but in about 45 seconds, it has rebounded to flat. Adjusting the bed is very quiet. In the instructions, it doesn't have anything about how to store a custom bed adjustment into the "Memory" button. I just searched online and it tells me what should work... I just wish that information was in the manual. Also, thankfully, I watched some of the unboxing videos before I opened the shipping box, so I knew to lay it flat before opening. The box said NOTHING about this either. If you don't lay it flat, metal parts, electrical elements, and cords will all bang around and end up on the floor. The instructions talk about it only taking 10 minutes to setup... This might be accurate for the SECOND time you set up one of these units, but not the first time! I never did figure out why there were two different threaded places for each leg, and the instructions don't offer any advice about which ones to use, so I just picked the ones closer to the center of the bed. When placing the mattress, put the logo wording right side up, and the bed will come out properly. the bed is rolled "backwards," to you have to unroll it in the way that seems upside down, and you can't see much of the lettering, so getting this right side up might be hit-or-miss. I got a "split king" setup and assumed the USB connectors would be on opposite sides of the two separate bed frames, but I was wrong, so one set of USB connectors is squeezed between the two bed frames and as a result, are inaccessible and unusable. Our two mattresses tend to pull away from each other in the night, so there is a bit of a chasm between us, which makes it difficult to cuddle in the night. The under-bed light it nice, but I would actually have preferred if it could stay on longer than the 3 minutes or so...
