Great very capable computer!

Great bright display. It is very fast and so far the processor stays reasonably cool. Very easy to set up. The only thing I would like on the MyAsus thermal settings is to have a Cool feature that slows the processor down without slowing the Fans down. I would basically like the something like what the Dell Precision has with its Cool setting. The fans run more but the processor is slowed down so that it stays very cool (like 50-60 deg C). The whisper mode is pretty close to that but it does not stay as cool as my Dell Precision with the Cool setting. The computer was very easy and quick to set up. The fans even when running at full speed seem pretty quiet. It is very fast. I have not tried playing any games yet (that's not the main purpose) but it seems like a very capable computer.

For the price I paid and the tasks I needed to get done. This Asus works well. The usability is great. settings of W11 works well with the hardware. I really like the physical keys to turn off camera and mic and the physical cover of the camera.

Excellent value

I purchased this Vivobook Pro 16X OLED because, on paper, it had the right balance of performance and price. A week into ownership, that analysis has been validated. The machine is snappy and responsive, exactly as one would expect from a brand-new current-gen rig. I'm not a creative professional so I find DialPad to be a bit of a gimmick, and I had plenty of bloatware to nuke (as is typical with OEM OS installs), but the overall build quality and out-of-the-box configuration are most pleasing. I am receiving a 90-day warranty extension from ASUS for this feedback.
