Best tasting protein powder that I have tried.

I tried several other protein powders before this one and none were even close to being as good as Syntha-6 in taste. It's also a very close match to the protein/carb/fat ratio that I need for my diet. To prepare shakes I use 1 scoop of this powder with 10 oz. of cold water, 10 oz. of crushed ice, 1 tablespoon of cream, and mix it for about 30 seconds in a Vitamix 'TurboBlend'. It comes out quite well. I am using this powder for weight loss and have been quite successful. I have lost 22 pounds in 2 months. If you are not dieting, then you may want to mix it with milk instead of water. I also tried the vanilla version of this Syntha-6 and didn't like it as much. But I would definitely recommend this Chocolate protein powder.

My Favorite Protein Formula

I'm a life-long fitness and weight-training enthusiast and I've been using Syntha-6 Chocolate Milkshake flavored protein for 2 years now. It is by far the best tasting chocolate protein powder that I've had, and it is high quality protein that helps my workout recovery a lot. Another big plus is that it blends much smoother than a lot of other formulas and doesn't clump, if you happen to use a shaker cup. I mix a well-rounded scoop with 8 ounces of ice cold water and enjoy it immediately after working out in the morning, and again in between lunch and dinner. BSN did an excellent job with Syntha-6, as they have with many of their other products. And I'm happy with my walmart.com purchase, which arrived very promptly. Enjoy your Syntha-6 in good health!
