ORANSI Genuine Filter Replacement for MD01/MD02 (Mod/Mod+) Air Purifiers

I gave this unit (Mod Air purifier) a five star rating because it works as advertised and is very effective at cleaning the air in our home. The only drawback is the cost of the replacement filters. A reusable filter would make it more earth and wallet friendly.

We have had the Mod unit for over a year and the filter which came with the unit, lasted 12 months, once the indicator light came on we replaced it with the new one. When we removed the filter we were disgusted to see what all was on there. We dont smoke, we have no pets, we change the AC unit filter with merv 13 pleated filter every 30 days, and we keep our house clean but yet the MOD filter was full with , well at least dust, we saw that. It was all compacted on it, so we carefully removed it and then vacuumed and wiped the entire inside of the unit and then placed the new one inside. So , it works and collects more then what you see. Now we plan to buy a smaller unit for our bedroom because we are so satisfied with this product. The unit we have, the Mod, sits in our living room and runs non stop on low or medium setting. It is so quite that you cant hear it at all. Oransi products are superior quality compared to other products i have had in the past, and they have amazing customer care, and fast shipping. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to breathe cleaner and fresh air. Ou and not to mention that i love the looks of the unit, like a big Google home unit :)
