Swanson Probiotics cranberry Probiotic delivers the protective phytonutrient power of cranberry juice plus a whole lot more. It features a concentrated cranberry extract, delivering the equivalent of 245 mg of whole cranberries. To complement this, each acid-resistant, delayed-release veggie capsule also includes a proprietary blend of Probiotic bacteria with lactobacillus acidophilus , bifidobacterium longum , bifidobacterium bifidum and bifidobacterium lactis , delivering 5 billion viable organisms at time of manufacture. To nourish these microscopic allies and help them thrive, we also included inulin, a Prebiotic polysaccharide extracted from chicory root. Appears to be doing well.
I have been using this for some time along with a cup of cranberry juice every day, and this appears to be doing well with keeping the urinary track disinfected.
